Naru Sushi

A group of friends gathered together for some delicious sushi last night at Naru Sushi in Osborne Village. This is a quaint place in a trendy neighborhood. The trendiness of the area is reflected in some of the sushi rolls. We started off with some of the classic rolls that we ordered regularly.

This was a lovely version of the classic Dynamite Roll.

Dynamite Roll on the right and Baku Dan Roll on the left.

While I love these classic sushi rolls, we had to try some of the different and very interesting rolls on the menu. Naru Sushi has quite a sizeable list of specialty rolls to choose from.

This was a very colorful specialty roll called the Flying Dragon.
The Flying Dragon is a typical roll of sushi that is then deep-fried and dosed in a creamy sauce.
This deadly combination melts in your mouth and warms your tummy!

This is a great place to go if you are standing on the wild side! Get ready to try some offbeat sushi rolls that are reasonably priced and a tad bit different from the norm!
